Anyhoo. How bout those Golden Globes aye? I can't believe they all wore white again. Sooo last summer. I loved Reese Witherspoon's hair. She so wins in the sticking-it-to-your-ex stakes (i.e. Cameron Diaz looking like something you stick on top of a toilet roll in your nana's house).
Yeah I barely have any idea who won anything - you'll have to go to Lou's blog for that - I just spent all day looking at slideshows of the frocks. Mmm.
Novelist/Dave Eggers spouse Vendela Vida signs her new book, Let the Northern Lights Erase Your Name, at Book Soup.WHAT?! Dave Eggers is married?! noooo! Dang it. She even had a cool name and a cool title for her book.

Sienna Miller also failed to stick it to the ex looking especially awful - I reckon even worse than Cammy due to her hideous hair.
My favourite was of course America Ferrera. She looked fabulous. And very gracefully handled the already infamous awkward incident of the side-of-the-stage NBC reporters doubly rude behaviour.
Oh lordy me - yes - I just watched how Maria Menounos ruined the greatest momentof America Ferrera's life, as Defamer puts it!
And also, NOTE TO SELF, thanks to "style icon" Sienna: do not wear stupid plait over head when next in presence of D Eggers and trying to induce heart-wrenching agony of misplaced marriage proposal.
Brad and I were stoked Hugh Laurie won (you know how Brad is in love with him) and the British always have the speeches of the night.
The interview with America was bad even before it started - did you see her standing and waiting for the presenter to even acknowledge her and all of that? Poor girl.
Have you seen Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants? It's not that great a movie but man she is awesomely funny and sad and good in that.
Oh I totally can't keep track of Brad's man-crushes.
And yes, Defamer has edited it so you get to see the full excruiating glory of the world's worst telehost.
At least it makes Ms Ferrera seems even more lovely & genuine than ever before...
Will add SOTTP to must-see list - seems it will balance out Mean Girls hehee!
I would (and have) watched Mean Girls again, but not so with SotTP. It was more a drama than a comedy so it was all about the tears (and there were some).
You know what else? Sienna for some reason copied that horrible hairstyle Gwyneth was panned for. Did she think she'd rock it better or something? Cause she didn't.
